In the summer months the refreshment point is open every day for lunch and dinner. You can always find the organic and seasonal products of our company and nearby companies processed following ancient traditions and the imagination of our chef.
You will find fresh, organic and lovingly processed products paying attention to taste and digestibility.
We try to aim for quality and details and not quantity, contrary to the modern vision of the farmhouse.
You will be able to taste dishes you've never tried, products that are normally discarded find new life in our kitchens.
All the preparations we present are of our production and processing.
When the season allows it, and thanks to our personal finder, we offer truffle-based dishes that we work very fresh.
To follow the seasonality of the products we have decided to change the à la carte menu often, every 15 days you can find new dishes.
