In the summer months the refreshment point is open every day for lunch and dinner. You can always find the organic and seasonal products of our company and nearby companies processed following ancient traditions and the imagination of our chef.

Here you can taste dishes you have never tried, products that are normally discarded find new life and dignity in our kitchens and also a taste that will not be easy to find in other restaurants.
All the preparations that we present on the menu are made by us, from ravioli with goat ricotta to potato gnocchi and we are also specialized in the processing of truffles; thanks to our dogs and our personal finder the truffle based processes that you will find in our kitchen use only fresh and high quality products.
To follow the seasonality of the products we have decided to change the à la carte menu often, every 15 days you can find new dishes.
